Away from the traditional practice areas, the firm offers other innovative services such as Corporate Governance and Company Secretarial Services and Crisis Public Relations. Corporate Governance & Consultancy
Amollo Simba serves as a corporate governance consultant and sits on the boards of several private companies. Through this role, the firm provides strategic advisory services on board governance, compliance frameworks, risk management, and institutional policy development.
