Amollo Simba
Managing Partner
University of Nairobi (LLB)
Amollo Simba is a graduate of the University of Nairobi and was admitted to the Roll of Advocates of the High Court of Kenya in 2021. He is the Managing Partner and heads the firm’s Dispute Resolution and Corporate and Commercial Departments, with a strong bias towards dispute resolution, commercial transactions, and corporate advisory work.
He has handled several high-value commercial transactions, including complex real estate developments, and regularly advises clients on corporate structuring, governance, and regulatory compliance.
Beyond legal practice, Mr. Simba is a public policy and communications specialist who advises institutions on public policy formulation, stakeholder engagement, and crisis management. He is also a Certified Professional Mediator and a practicing Certified Secretary.

Godwin Ouma
Director & Head of Tax Department

Godwin has over 10 years of work experience in numerous aspects of taxation, finance, and consulting, and a proven track record in business strategic planning. He has aided many companies in all sectors of the economy in managing their tax and financial affairs, as well as in the development and execution of viable strategic plans. He is well versed with management of tax disputes and has experience representing clients at the Tax Appeals Tribunal and Alternative Dispute Resolution engagements. Godwin is adept at offering strategic advisory support to enterprises across diverse industries.
Godwin holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, a Master of Science, Finance from the same University, and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). Godwin is also currently undertaking his Bachelor of Laws at the University of Nairobi.
Brandy Awuor
Head of Public Policy & Business Development
University of Nairobi (Diplomacy & IR)
Brandy is a communication and public policy expert. She advises clients on various public policy concerns with respect to their businesses. In addition to that, she assists clients with crisis public relations management which involves assisting them in developing responses when they face a crisis that may have reputational concerns. She also engages the various stakeholders and media players to ensure that the public relations crisis is resolved with the least damage to the client.
Brandy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Diplomacy and International Relations from the University of Nairobi and a B1-level diploma in French from Alliance Française de Nairobi. She has also undertaken various courses on public policy and communication.
In addition to being the Head of Public Policy and Crisis Public Relations department, she is also the head of the firm’s Business Development team.
